Welcome to MYMASSAGE254. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including our website, for both clients and therapists. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and any other applicable laws and regulations.

Users of our service agree to the following responsibilities and obligations:

• Therapist Services Disclaimer: MYMASSAGE254 does not engage in or condone illegal activities. Our role is solely to connect independent therapists with clients. Therapists are responsible for their own actions and compliance with all applicable laws.
• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their behavior is lawful and respectful toward therapists. The Platform is not involved in any physical or financial transactions between clients and therapists beyond the initial connection.
• Consent and Legality: All activities conducted by both therapists and clients must be consensual, and any illegal activity, including but not limited to solicitation, trafficking, or coercion, is strictly prohibited. The Platform does not facilitate or condone illegal or immoral behavior.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

• Therapists: Therapists set their own fees for services. The Platform does not handle any financial transactions directly, except for any applicable fees for using the Platform. Therapists are responsible for ensuring that all transactions comply with local laws.
• Clients: Clients must pay directly to therapists for services rendered. The Platform does not take responsibility for disputes regarding payment.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Engaging in illegal activities or activities that violate local laws.
• Harassment, exploitation, or coercion of therapists or clients.
• Sharing or requesting explicit content outside of the scope of the Platform's intended use.
• Any form of human trafficking, abuse, or manipulation.
• Using the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes.

• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if users violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities.

• Any disputes between therapists and clients must be resolved directly between the parties involved. The Platform is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or claims arising from interactions between users.

• MYMASSAGE254 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
